1^st Annual SheBloggin.com Charity Basketball Tournament

Columbia, SC (Dec 3^rd, 2011) — Saturday, December 3^rd, SheBloggin.com will be holding its first annual Charity Basketball Tournament!  The tournament will take place in Columbia, SC at Forest Lake Park Gym.  This event is part of a series of events taking place that weekend (December 2-4) as we will be celebrating the 2^nd anniversary of SheBloggin.com.

Local and national stars will be in the building rooting on eight different teams, all playing for individual charities of their choice.  Each team is competing for $5000 that will be donated to their selected charity.  There will also be a special prize for the MVP of the game full of gift certificates, and other rewards.  Throughout the tournament, we will be giving away several prizes to all participants and attendees, courtesy of our sponsors.  Also, during the tournament, we will be collecting clothes and accessories for the homeless.  Seeing as the tournament will be taking place just a few weeks before Christmas, this will be an excellent time to give back to those less fortunate!
