UK Runnings Presents Supar Novar (@SuparNovar) – “Man On Fire” Hosted by Tricksta

Posted in Mixtapes, Music on February 6th, 2011 by Tawag Promotions

Supar Novar is the award winning London rapper who was a member of Skinnyman’s group Mud Fam back in 1999 and in 2001 was label mates with Klashnekoff. He has rocked many venues and shared stages with the likes of Ghostface, M.O.P and The Clipse. His debut album ‘From The Beginning’ was well received and featured production from himself alongside First Man Productions, Joe Buhdha, DJ Flip, Show N Prove and DJ Snips. This was the same year that lead to Supar Novar performing at Glastonbury and winning ‘Best Hip-Hop’ at The Indy Music Awards as voted by music fans. It’s achievements like this that have earned the respect from Hip-Hop fans worldwide.

Supar Novar’s alliance with UK Runnings kicked off in 2007 after constantly being bugged by Tricksta for tracks for his mixtapes. Tricksta soon let Novar know that he is indeed one of his favourite rappers and the two naturally discussed doing a project together. In 2008 Supar Novar chose UK Runnings as the home for his ‘Wordz From The Frontline’ and now in 2011 UK Runnings and Supar Novar return with ‘Man On Fire’.  Featuring unreleased tracks & collaborations with Mystro, Pyro Barz, Charlie Sloth, MCD and more, this is just a taste of what’s to come. Posted in Music on February 6th, 2011 by Tawag Promotions

This is hard-hitting hardcore Hip-Hop and makes a refreshing change www.hiphop4days.com

‘The Payscale EP’ is four tracks of excellent moody and mystical that bangs hard! www.realruggedandraw.com

The Payscale shows great lyrical skill and finesse from Final Penalty. www.thehiphopcrates.com

Final Penalty are a rap duo from Central Illinois. Brothers Chef B and Mr. Cutlass formed the group Final Penalty and Hazmat Productionz to record a collection of tracks a few years ago, and ever since have been making a buzz not only in the USA but also in Europe. They have a fresh new style to the underground rap scene which is considered to be ahead of their time. Chef B is the producer and known as the brain behind the Hazmat Label, and together the duo combine solid rap skills with dope beats to create a different style of rap which at the time has no genre.

With four underground albums already released in 2010 shows the work ethic and determination of the Final Penalty is hard. After Wolftown Recordings CEO LATE discovered Final Penalty they began to chop it up before LATE hooking up this Tricksta produced EP for Wolftown. ‘The Pay Scale’ is a deep, dark, mysterious and banging EP that reality rap fans will love and adore. LATE features on the first track ‘Stand Up, Man Up’ which is already getting love from the Hip-Hop media both sides of the pond. This is a great release and is some refreshingly original in an era when everyone is trying to be a pop star.
